Welcome to the North Alabama Geocachers. The purpose of this group is to provide ample opportunities for new and experienced cachers to get out and learn more about this "hi-tech hide-and-seek" game. In our meetups, we share whatever creation we've been working on, have a small panel to discuss specific topics related to independent development, and we meet local indies in our area! Although some panels can be geared toward varying skill levels, all people involved or interested in independent game development are encouraged to come!

The most popular site for caching, www.geocaching.com, encourages the posting of events; however, those gatherings are designed to get fellow cachers together to talk about the game/sport/hobby.
